Message ..the fingerprint dust that Forensics uses on my Pearl White paint..
Any suggestions on the best way of removing this stuff?
also: my pass. window is gone and i can't take a hose to the areas that are concentrated with the fignerprint stuff.. I was thinking of using some cleaner wax, or some thick Caranuba(sp?).. My paint is in almost perfect condition and I Do Not want to put any kind of blemish into my clear/paint, as i'm not sure of what the fingerprint stuff is made out of... its a fine powder, and IIRC its a metal ploymer.... and i do not want to rub this into my clear/paint! As of right now its sitting on my paint, i hope its not corrosive or I'll ....probly not do anything but will end up cursing a plethora of words that will desturb my neighbros. Anyway, fu*k the thieve's, all they took was a 12" woofer I had and medication (that i cannot function correctly without unfortunately, and i know that it shouldnt be in my car but it was a Late night and the meds were hiding where the headlight aimers go..so its either someone who knows the Z32, or its probly someone i know.. hopefully.. so i can relieve some of my pain onto them, a.k.a. beatdown.
The thing that's keeping my head up at the moment is they/him/she left all my gauges, engine timer, boost controller and left my interior intact. I just hope i get the chance to "run into the guy(s)", or the police get them.
both of my neighbors cars have been broken into. The area i live in is ok, but 1/2 mile away is a place few police officers dare venture. Anyway, if anyone could provide insite/help me decide what to use to take the fingerprint revealing chemicals off my car without burning it into my clear, etc.. Thanks a lot, and my love goes to all those that have been in a situation similar or worse than this.
